Merry Christmas!!

We had a good Christmas this year--I hope everyone else did as well. It rained in Arizona on Christmas and I guess it hasn't done that in 30 some years so it felt a little bit more like a holiday. My Christmas morning started at 5:30am -- no, not because the kids got up, I just woke up and had things to do. Mike didn't appreciate being woken up that early. I started to get the Ham cooking and the potatoes going. The kids woke up around 7ish to discover the presents that Santa left them. He also left a letter for them as well. Ben and I made Choc Chip cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve and he ate a few and left a Thank You note. Ben was so excited about his present from Santa that I thought he was going to go through the roof. It was heartwarming to see. Sedona didn't quite understand, but she got some more shoes so she was in heaven. My mother and sister in laws came over for dinner. We ate at 3. We had a very nice and long day. The kids got a lot of new toys and clothes.
