New Kids On The Block Concert!!!

So the big night finally came and went and was all that I expected it to be. Some singer named Tammy Chin would start the concert off a little bit after 8p. Next Natasha Bedingfield took the stage. She was very good. Her voice is excellent. Natasha was done singing at 8:47p. She had said the New Kids would be on 15 min after she was done, well they took the stage at about 9:07p and the crowd went super crazy. We had really good seats--my camera phone doesn't take the best pics as you can see, but you could see their facial expressions from where we were sitting. I was happy. The crowd was basically my age group. It was insane all the little 12 year olds grown up and watching their favorite band from back in the day all over again. The New Kids put on a very good concert. They had a routine for all the songs (not some of the slow ones) and were really having a lot of fun. Joey's voice was just mind blowing, he's not the little boy I once adored w/his high pitched voice, he's all grown up and has a lower breath taking voice. Jordan, he's still the same hitting all his high notes. Donnie, Danny and Jon still sound the same as they always did. They sung a few hits from back in the day and then some songs from their new album. When all was said and done, the concert ended around 11:15p, 2 hrs after they started. I didn't want it to end, but I knew I had to get up at 6a and had a long drive ahead of me. Was it worth it--heck ya and I would do it over again and again if I got the chance. So if you have the opportunity to go and see The New Kids a/k/a The Block---do it!! You might be pleasantly surprised!
