New Hair Color

I cut mair hair or should I say chopped it all off a few weeks ago.  I was sick of the "dark" brown but everyone said black and wanted a lighter brown. In order for me to accomplish this, I had to get the dye out of my hair so I bought a removal kit and did it myself.  No worries.  After I did that, it turned my hair a reddish color, the box said that would happen and when you color it, it will go away--nope it didn't so I had to color my hair twice in one day a light brown and ended up w/a reddish brownish color.  Everyone compliments me on it, but it still hasn't grown on me yet.....
